last look at my home schweet home before the cab brought us to the airport. :( the Mt. Apo! :)i know it's mostly banana trees and bushes that you can see, but if you look hard enuf, you can actually see the mountain's peak behind! now, try again! :)aaah. pretty right? :) anyhoozes, i was in distress cos i thought my flight was 7am and we were only reachin by 630am! LUCKILY, it was actually 730am! :p hahahah. i exceeded 7 kg for my luggage though. :((( must be the bubble gums. HAHAHA

SO. i tried to bargain with the friendly officer whether i could pay lesser. hahahaaha. played the i-am-just-a-student act and then he asked me how much i can actually pay, so i told him a pretty low price. hahaha. *cheapo face* things happened too fast after then, but basically in the end he said i didn't have to pay! :))))) they didn't even check our handcarry luggages which were way over the limits too. hahah. i feel damn guilty. :( right. thinking of the tax and terminal fee makes me forget about that same guilt in an instance though! hahahha

SUPERSTAR! O.Ofinally on the plane! :))finally finally reached singapore by 12 am. fine, 11:55pm. hahhaa the boyfriend fetched roman and moi- he got pavan's car! :))) -then we stopped at bugis mac cos we got hungry. hahahah. one of the many times i wish i have a car! :/ but oh well. ;)

lalala. now muriel's busy with school once again. PLUS there's some performance we have to prepare, and audition's today! :O i do hope we get in. but not too sure about that cos we rushed it from thursday onwards. :/ and i'm movin out on sunday! :p aaaah! i'm officially stressed! :/

after a painful visit to the dentist *:'(* last thursday, i went to get a cake for a celebration later at night(my teeth nor the dentist doesn't have anything to do with the celebration, of course). :) called joanne to hear her recommendations, and we settled with a choco-caramel cake from Goldilocks! :)) they have really really yummylicious cakes and pastries(HOB, that's where i buy your 'biscuit'=polvoron). and they write and decorate the cake for free on the spot too! :))after attending a service in church(yes, very faithful and religious, we are), we spent almost an hour deciding where to celebrate! hahas. ended up at Buffet Palace! :) took this photo when we left, so the lights are already out. :( but you can still see the name ! :))went to the toilieloo before pigging. and shiela's already posin! :p hahas

we walked a few kilometers(i swear) to a point where everyone's jeepney routes converged. :)me and gerlie took habal-habal home cos it was pretty late already; thus no more tricycles! :)) hahahah. it was a pretty fun ride home i must say! :)
i'm smiling but i think it can't really show how thrilled i was. :p but MAYBE, it was more of the worry for my camera! hahaha

finally finally FINALLY it's time say goodbye to my wonderful desktop background! yep, that's THE bidding schedule. HAHAS i was pretty sure i can't remember all of it AND pretty sure i would see it often that way. ;) so yep. :D

i know i've said this already but i FINALLY got my five modules! FIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVE great modules! :))) wait. NOT so great luh. but still, five. :D i've finished Grey's Anatomy season 3 too. :) a little puddle of tears but no flooding, no worries. hahhaaha i'll try to watch as much stuff before i go back to reality. :( oh, watched bee movie with my brother's future wife just now too! ;) really wanted to watch alvin & the chipmunks, but it's not out yet. :(( movies are released slightly later here. *sulky face* there's so many movies i want to watch! UGH. *broody mood on*

i think these photos are really bored hanging out in my drafts so i suppose it's time to finally put this post up. -.- darn. i'm oh so lazy to blog cos i have some papercut on my left middle finger so it's kinda painful to type. i don't even know where it came from, and to be honest, i only assumed it was a paper cut. HAHAHA i never run out of excuses do i? :p but now that some pink plaster with cute little bears' on it, i should just get on with this. ;)

HAHAH
savages?tired savages. :ppizza pizza finally came! :) and i have to admit it was well worth its pocket-drilling price! (for a pizza, that is)cheeeeeesy cheese! :) i like it when the cheese is stretchable and looooong! (: hahasso after that pizza reached our throat-nope, didn't make it to the stomach- we then opened our options as to where to get PROPER dinner. :) and the winner is...it's a lil' hidden and not-so-heard-of but boy, that place was Awesome, with the capital A! :D suggested by none other than, joanne! :Di know you can't see our faces, but you can see the nice jungle-y effect and lighting i LUVV! :D and now, the faces ;)fine. so you can still see the jungle-y theme, but not so much right? :) hahas and here's a 'bangka' hanging at the top of this HUUGE tent. sets the theme right. ;)time for the foooood fooooood glorious foood! :Dahhhh. i salivate even at the very sight of these sourlicious green mangoes. :) the chili-looking dip is called bagoong. :) if it's not cooked it's salty but if it's cooked it's salty and sweet(did i say oily too?). when all our tummy compartments were officially full, we decided to stand and walk around. then we started dancing. haha. but! facing the pond so the rest can only see our backs. LOL. the perks of having the camera is your chances of getting nasty pictures decreases to a large extent. ;)not that those two looked nasty. the live performance was so much better. ;) hahaha

it's 3:28 am and i'm a lil sleepy but i think i should just blog since i've already uploaded the photos for this post anyway. (: actually, i uploaded last sat's photos too, but that post will take me longer time to babble so here goes!

meet monna. another good friend in high school who didn't turn up last saturday cos she had some last minute overtime at work. :( this was after an unsuccessful surprise visit to a classmate in high school who's already a really cool dj! :D it happened to be his 'day off'. GREAT. :( so we sat at the foodcourt to eat the bunwiches we got from dunkin donuts. :) they're really nice btw.

after that she managed to talk me into swapping earphones- she's got the pink creative zen and MY earphones coincidentally matches it, so well! being a very nice friend i am, i agreed. HAHAafter partly deciding to catch a Bee Movie, i needed to withdraw money first. on our way to the atm machine, we had a lot of detours looking for dog tags, and somehow we ended up in THIS shop where they have those little thingies for charm bracelets so we decided to buy and make identical ones(forget the bee movie)! :D we asked the shopkeeper whether we could make our bracelets right there and and she agreed! :Da grand total of P200. (: that's like almost $7 only. oh i love being at home. ((((: DO NOT DISTURB.i did mine so randomly while monna placed her trinkets in equal distances from each other, and it seriously looked so much better. HAHAAHHAAH sooo, i had to 'adjust' mine.while figuring out how to undo the damage, the vain friend of mine took the liberty to kill time.VOILA! :D
after that, we walked around some more, window-shopped, etc etc... until we kinda ran out of things to do! since her lil brother's band was performing at another mall, we decided to hop to that mall. hahah. there's like 5 malls around which i don't bother to name cos it won't exactly make much difference. :p

we felt like munching something and we unanimously decided on fries. hahahaTRIO. ;) cheese, bbq and sourcream onion. :D yummy! (:

while happily taking my time to eat, asked moningz what time it was, and it was already like 730! the band was playing in like 30 mins time and i doubt we could make it on time! so we packed the fries and flagged a cabbie. :) hehe.

very unfortunately, some jeepney banged(using smashed will psychologically alter your response! hehe) our cabbie, apparently he lost his brake! how on earth do you lose your BRAKE? >:l
i managed to take this while the police officer was questioning us. actually more of monna cos her back was aching and they needed her info and stuff, and basically, nothing for me to do. and i had to take this photo mann. the impact was actually very strong so much so that her slippers moved all the way under the driver's seat! luckily i happened to be looking out and so i wasn't leaning on the seat. OR, you can always link it back to my very reliable shock-absorbers. HAHAHAH

i called my sister asap and very soon they were in the hospital too. oh yah. the policeman drove us to the nearest hospital using his funky bike. 8) <-- that's my COOL face. ;) monna had to get her back x-rayed cos it was really painful. i followed her into the x-ray room and when her x-ray thingy was out i wanted to take a photo of it. and when i opened the door, the sister was taking THIS! very cheeky girl and boy!
they even took their height and weight!HAHAHAHA.

monna didn't want to go home by herself so we cabbed to that said mall so she can go home with her brother after his gig, while we sticked to the plan of watchin National Treasures 2. the movie wasn't until 10 so we decided to play arcade first. :)

bowling time! :D these two.. are VERY violent! my sister even hit the glass part and the guard pretended to walk near us. haahahah very NOT obvious sirreee! no, she's not swimming. :)))multi-tasking once again. :) a hotdog bun on the left hand, bowling ball on the right! :D
then we played basketball too! :)mine. :( my sister's higher by ONE. :((

i lost in daytona too. but i did win in the hockey game. *beams* we played a lot of childish games but were very very destressing. :) oh, my sis and i reunited with dance dance revolution too! hahahhaha. we played until the movie was about to start.

National Treasure was pretty good, even though i have yet to watch the part 1. hahas. i will definitely not agree that I am Legend is better. :p plus, i luvvluv Nicholas Cage. :D

anyway... i still can't get enuf of my charm bracelet. hahaha. according to wikipedia,

a charm bracelet is an item of jewelry worn around the wrist. it carries personal charms: decorative pendants or trinkets which are signifiers of important things in the wearer's life.

so i decided to analyse what the trinkets mean to me! :D

i told monna that to me, this signifies dreams- since unicorns are like fictional and non-existent in the real world, yet it's still so wonderful. :D hahaha and she's decided to rip that interpretation. hahahah though thinking back it exactly sensible (unicorn's don't come true!) but anyway, dreams it is. :)shoe

saturday's studio pictures were out today! :) was supposed to take public transport but THEN it rained! :) hahahah. so i had NO CHOICE but to cab to the mall to meet the rest. :) my sister says i should stop cabbing. :X ooops.anyway. i really really really like it when it rains. provided i've got a roof on my head and a cup of hot chocolate (with fluffy marshmallows!) on my hands. :) hahas. but seriously. i LOVE it when it rains. i wish i could be young again and play in the rain with the neighbours! :)) God, i miss those days. :p there were lesser traffic jams then too.heh. anyway. out of the shots we had, we could only choose three and here they are! :Dthis year's theme is 'bathroom'. it didn't exactly materialise cos the dumdum photographer chose the WHITEST tiles- which you can't see unless you squint like looking for germs in the air! UGH! :( but the pictures were nice nonetheless. :) just in case you guys are wondering what's with studio pictures and us, it's kinda like neoprints here. :) but not so instant. hahas

anyway. was supposed to join my sis and her love for dinner but the place was already closing. they have really nice baked cheesecake there! :(( so i ended up having dinner at Penong's with the girlfriends, an hey, i'm not complaining at all. :D
they are known for their EAT ALL YOU KAN-ON thing. you see, rice in my dialect is kan-on, so i think they made a really creative pun. :) it's really cool cos you just clap your hands twice then they'll come to runnin to refill your rice. LOL. ok, not really 'runnin', i just wanted to make it sound dramatic. HAHAH but they really have nice bbq too. :D i realised bbq is close to filipinos' hearts. or should i say, tummies? :D hahaha

there were lots of people so we waited longer than usual.
but it always comes. hahahahthat's supposed to be like, calamari! but i think they used more flour. not their specialty, i suppose. :p the mixed veggie wasn't so bad. :pwe all had our own set of bbq meals on top of that. hahaha not-so-little pigs we were. :)the one without the flash is a lil dark, but the one with flash is abit too bright. :(and the lovebirds. :p
we waited till the rain stopped before we left. talked alot about their board exam and THE upcoming release of results. hearing them talk about it gives me butterflies in my tummy too. hahah. i can somehow relate waiting for results (think O-levels AND A-levels) and all the irritating post-exam jitterbugs. :D but i wish them all the very best, and i'm very sure they'll pass and finally be registered nurses. :D and i can't help but wonder whether i would have taken up nursing if i stayed. cos my whole gang did. :)

anyway, cabbed home cos i swear all the jeepneys were full! i know my sister is reading this, so i should just explain. HAHAHA. in the cabbie! :)

juwelyn's birthday is on thursday! :)
for the first time i'm here to personally greet her and celebrate! :D YAYness! :)) so very happy! :D hahahah. can't wait for thursday! :) joanne, sweet and maybe a couple more girl-pig-friends may come over to bake her birthday cookies- instead of buying her a birthday cake- so so excited! :D but for now, grey's anatomy is waiting! :D so, goodnight world! :)

webcammied shuhui the other day, then my brother decided to join us. hahahahaha. pretty COOL conversation they had, huh? HAHAHAHA

the brother flew back to cebu today and the sister went to the mountains. lol. i was supposed to go with her but i have been a lazybum. :( i should SERIOUSLY get my bodyclock tickin back normally. hahahah. this nocturnal mutation's got to stop. :( so i ended up staying at home. best part is, today's a sunday and so it's the ate badi's off day. so i didn't have anyone to help me do things. :( hahaha. i'm really a lazy bum.

well, i spent the whole day bloggin the christmas party post and watching one tree hill season 3 at the same time. :D multi-tasker i am. ;) the only good part of being alone is i can cry when the scene is damn touching. and one tree hill's very drama mama. i'm running out of tissues already! *sniff* it's good (and bad) that i only have till season 3. good cos i won't be so dehydrated anymore and i get to move on to Grey's Anatomy! :)) bad cos.. well, one tree hill is just awesome and nice. but there's a time for everything. and now is to cry. hahah. byebye!

it's pretty obvious that i've changed my blogskin, but let me officially announce it. hahahahah i really liked the old one (very many thanks to HOB for helping me on that!) despite many complains(:(),but since it's a new year, i think my blog deserves a new look too. :) it took me 3 days to finally change the template- which explains the lack of updates! ;) i just can't be contented with the original look, though it was only 'minor' changes that i actually did. but knowing how tech-dummified i am, all those html codes were pains in the arse. :/ but at the end of the day, i'm pretty happy with the outcome! :)

on the other side of the story, i went for threading yesterday. :) time to 'mow' the bushy eyebrows! hahahas not so bushy actually!after many ouh-s, ahhh-s, ssss-s, butt cringing(learnt this from rasha! HAHAHAHA), twitching and every action AND sound imaginable that can possible lessen the pain- even psychologically- the sacrifices finally paid off! hahahahajust testing if they're still working. HAHAHAit's prolly my 10th time doing it, but i'm still as cowardly as ever. ahhaha but anyway, my sister decided to do hers too! :) she's NEVER touched her eyebrows before! stress is finally kicking into her system! hahahaand here we go!if it's not very clear, she's actually biting a hankie! haha. and she squeezed my hand like nobody's business! *ouch* it craked more than the usual number possible! hahah. now i know how pigrass felt when she accompanied me do my first one when we were in jc1! hahaha VOILA! :)hahahah. she almost forgot to take out that clip on her hair too. ahha. tml will be new hairstyle! :) mine will just be a very minor change, i'm a boring person ya see. :p but hers is smth oh so different! :D i'm excited! got to go! :)

the night before the loooooong awaited christmas party i was busy makin DESSERTS! :) hahahs. and as much as i didn't want to use this, i'd take forever to finish the sifting, measuring, searching and all the HASSLES of using your own ingredients to bake! lol. and i've still got cupcakes to bake THEN decorate, and not to forget the blueberry cheesecake! :p so operation ready-made mixes it is. :D and pilsbury brownie mixes are the total LOVE. :D hahaha. and you just add everything together an voila! :) into the oven baby. :Dup next were the lovely cupcakes! :D used the devil's cake mix; very appropriate i would say. i'm like playing devil's advocate making all these sinful but yummy goodies. :p hahahaa lil messy but still yummilicious! :D
and here's the finished products! :D well, almost finished.almost there...the merry christmas brownies! :Dmy sister helped me prepare the stuff for cheesecake so all i had to do was whip them all together i finished in no time! :) sleepy YAYNESS, but still yayness! :) finally knocked off at 4 am. o.O

woke up at 9am to cook carbonara- as much as i wanted to do it with the cupcakes and all, it'll probably spoil faster. :( so in the end i only 'slept' for 2 very precious hours! o.O

cabbed to the port since i was already late. i don't know why but i'm somehow late all the freaking time. :( thank God cabbing costs max $3! hahah. and we don't have any funny surcharges here- i heard sg's cab fares increased again though. danng. but anyway. here's the ship/boat/ferry/whatever it's called that will bring us to the island! :D excited aye?the trip got really boring halfway, so i asked gerlie to accompany me to go outside; everybody else was sleeping! :pthe lovely sun was blaring! :D ooohlalaaah. sat at the edge of the boat and when we were nearing we went back inside again.reached the resort only to find out that the cottages were fully booked! :( that meant we had to stay outside all the way the next morning! :/ luckily juwelyn brought a tent. :) there was this LITTLE hope however. if by 6pm this group doesn't turn up, we get their room! :D so since it was only 2, we sort of forgot about that worry and just started to play! hahahah.
we luvvvvv beaches :) when they finally perfected their jump, only then realised that they were against the sun! hahahha one more! :Dlet's build the tent girl scouts and boy scout!sweet and her favourite pose! :pthe jumping shots! :D i know i look like i'm already on the ground, but LOOK! i'm actually off the ground! :)) HAH! :p we got tired of jumping so we settled for this before eating! :Dblueberry cheesecake! :) i'm not sure if it's me or this they want to see every december. HAHAHA SURPRISE SURPRISE! :)time for night poses! :DBUT, here's the actual effect wanted. :p nice nice? I LIKE. :D

when joanne and sweet went to check on the cottage, they met this man who offered a place to stay at! :D i know it's damn freaky and all, but we said we'll check out the place, then decide. on our way there we hesitated! :/ the 'place' is actually a just a small hut with one bedroom and one kitchen/dining room. hahah. i told you it was small! but what we fell in love with was the beach we 'owned'-well, for the night, we did! :D plus there was a huge space downstairs, right in front of the sea where we can just hang out! :) to choose between that and the chilly night at the resort, the answer is pretty obvious. ;)

we packed our stuff at the speed of lightning and after buying stuff for breakfast, we finally reached our 'home schweet home'! :DTHE bedroom! :p

chardie's had a long day. HAHAHAHA. this very hammock is where i slept for the night too! :) but i was like the mosquitoes' open and free target. :( the hammock is at the huge space downstairs and that very same space has lots of tiny hermit crabs! :D cha- a friend of gerlie from Manila has never encountered one before! hahas. so with sweet and gerlie's help they started hunting. hahahahafterwards, sweet, joanne and i went for a night swim! :)) omg! it was so much FUN! :Di told you you'd fall in love with it. :) but now, it's time for non-sensical photos once again! :)like F4's meteor garden! lol
Then we decided to take jumping photos again! :) but this time, while jumping into the sea! :))yep. that's US. HAHAHAHAHHA :P ok atleast here you can still see me! :)i swear it was damn funny cos gerlie, sweet, and elaine took turns taking pictures saying they can. hahaha. it's quite tiring jumping then climbing those rocks up again and AGAIN! :P

now, it's a little bit too early! :P hahahhaour dear photographers said we look like two little kids playing. hahah. not so little la. :p anyway, here's the best shot they could get! :/joanne looks really jumpy but i'm like.. uhhh. a MACHO MAN! :( hahahhahahahhaha damnit. :/ we had stitches from all the laughing! :p we finally showered because sweet wanted to drink so badly. HAHAHAHfor each shot of tequila you get one umbrella. :) i don't know why i bought that umbrella but atleast it was used. ;)

after finishing one bottle of that really strong tequila, i think each one of us had roughly 12-15 shots. but if we were to use joanne's 'shot'- i'd say we had 5 shots each. hahaha. i think she pours 3x as much as the normal! :) sweet was really nice to put slightly lesser when it was my turn. hahas. and even just after that, i turned maroon- bypassing red! :p hahahha oh, and we ditched the umbrella system cos i don't think we could fit and squeeze 15 mini-brollies in our hairs! :p we played truth or truth instead. hahas. not much consequences to play around with, you see. :pwe took a break and had our exchangin of gifts! :D

and joanne was off to bed! :) chardie carried her up! :p hahahaha little later into the wee hours of the morning, i was awakened by the drunken joanne. hahahha. she was making a lot of noise! my first time seeing a drunk person actually. :p i will not go into details of that part cos that's something only we should know. :D

it rained heavily after that, so i was very thankful we got that place. :) i smsed my sister where we were and what happened cos i kinda kept having this really paranoid thoughts. hahas. slept at around 230 am. :P

it was good to have sober people once again! :) hahahafter cooking breakfast(sunnyside up eggs, fried rice and some canned goods. lol) with sweet, we had our morning swim and tanned just while doing that! :D weeeee! hitting two pigs with one rock. LOL. birds and stone's getting a lil boring! :D hahasome kids took interest in helping me pick shells and of course they were expecting smth in return. so my very own labour officer handled the distribution of sweets. hahaha. sweet giving out sweets. HAHAHAshiela and michael came around 12 and brought lunch. HAHAHAHA. we just had breakfast like 3 hours before that! hahahha taught them how to play 'up and down' and LOOK AT THESE! they're exactly the same! i swear i shuffled the cards! but actually, chardie just played solitaire but it's still amazing that after shuffling, that can still happen! is my shuffle really that bad? oh! and check out the starfishie sweeet caught! :D we returned it into the sea after taking pictures, no worries! :) the sea urchin these kids got for us. they actually eat them yanoe?juwelyn's happy seeing the sea-urchiny baby. lol the very same kids got us starfishes too! STARFISHIES! *.* coincidentally there were 5 girls! :D one for each! :)) and now with chardie! :)solo pictures. HAHAH before we throw them back to the sea. :(and these are the kids! :) i like this picture! :D porn star in the making! hahahaha i like this photo MORE. lol. damn cute right!!! :)) no! i'm not a paedo! >:/

my lappie's back! :))

it was gone ever since i came home cos it had a virus! :( it's a pretty smart virus- according to my brother, that is. hahas. but the only thing i care about is that it's gone and now i'm reunited with my lappie! we are so in love, you see. HAHAHA

after downloading picasa and editing many many photos, i'll be back into killing people's bandwidth once again. hahaha no more sister's lappie nor brother's computer! :)) but now.. i have to go to the dentist AND doctor! :/ *faints* *pretends to faint again upon gaining consciousness* dammit. i hate vaccinations! ugh ugh UGH! i know i'm such a scaredy caat but i just hate needles la. :( HOW HOW HOW! :( sigggh. i've got to bathe now cos my sister's gonna kill me anytime soon if i don't. wish me luck. lol

at home, new year and christmas are often celebrated very simply. we go to a service aroung 9pm then after that we stay at home and wait till the clock strikes 12! :) usually the whole family will be busy preparing the mini-feast for the noche buena(12am meal), but when it's almost 5 minutes before 12, the whole family kinda automatically feels excited. ahahha

before the whole fireworks ban was implemented in my city, my folks always made sure we had smth to play with, and watch too. :) we usually had this 'fountain', and a couple of these long-ish tube that is nailed onto something and it'll just go round and round! :) the best part was (nope, not the sparklers) when they invested on the REAL fireworks! :) like different colours and patterns up in the sky just in front of you! :)) i miss those days. but anyway, i'm still happy cos it's been some time since i celebrated new year at home. :)

when it was already 2008, my sister started banging and clanging pots like nobody's business. hahaha. i was talking to my dad on the phone, so i was saved of that 'ritual' lol. BUT all 3 of us did jump like idiots together cos it's supposed to make you taller (and we all know by now, it doesn't work for me! WAHLAU. ahahhaha)- the househelp had a good laugh at us! >:/ then my sister started throwing coins all over the place! :) hahah our mum used to do that and usually the three of us tries to take as many coins possible! :) cheeky househelp joined in too. hhahhaa

after all that, we finally popped the bottle of wine and drank to a great 2008 ahead! :) not so fast. hahah. my brother spent some time popping the cork. HAHAHAHAyaaay! :D

and that's when we finally drank to good health, long life, bountiful blessings, to friends and our loved ones, and many many more! :)and finally, the FOOD. :) hahahah my brother's specialty, pancit palabok! :) it looks abit yucky, but its daaaaaaaaaaamn nice. :DBBQ! :) and last but not the least, lechon de leche! :) hehethe apple was way too big for the piglet's mouth so we used this smaller fruit. hahahha AND, the skin is really nice when its crunchy so if you think we actually waited till 12, think again!dessert! :) from my brother's girlfriend's mother's cake shop! hahahha damn long. YUMMY YUMMY! :Dand the 13 kinds. :) it's for luck i think. :Dafter eating till we could eat no more! wrong order. HAHAHA peek-a-booo! :Dbrother jealous. hahah all together now! :Dhahahahahah i forgot to mention that we didn't go for service cos we have no car. hahaha. so we went on the 1st itself. :p hahas. and we ate yummy dinner afterwards. :Dtheir bbq was pretty nice though most of their stuff are damn salty. ahhaah. i like salty stuff, but THIS was tooo salty! i had this tropicalala milkshake cos i liked the sound of it! :) hahahs. it was nice. ;)
